I was gifted a $20 gift card for my bday so I went in yesterday to shop. I bought 2 pair of jeans and a shirt and spent $161 on my Visa IN ADDITION to the $20 gift card. Today, I tried to return one pair of jeans that were $59. They refused to put the full credit onto my Visa, and only offered the $20 gift card back and the rest credited to my Visa. That’s the entire reason I went in there to begin with, was to use the dang gift card. I will be coming back later today and returning the entire $181 purchased. It’s hard to support small businesses with customer service like this.
