Good location. Hotel old. Room keys continually broke (cell phone demagnetized???). AC did not work in room. Kids would like ice rink. Indoor pool cold in winter. Nice to have fridge, sink in room. Loud at night kids playing/screaming

Overall a great place. Older hotel and definitely no luxury resort but spacious rooms with everything you need. Our closet door was so bowed it could not close and the cabinets could use replacing but it was clean and functional. Several places to sit, balcony, good water pressure and a great location for a reasonable price, at least during the off season.
Kids had a great time at the hockey tournament in the lobby, went swimming and didn't want to leave the hotel. In hotel food and drink options were overpriced and the service at the restaurant was subpar. Plenty of food options within walking distance though and enough parking if you do opt to drive somewhere. Overall great trip!

Rooms are dated. Mattress is very uncomfortable. Basic amenities are not wheelchair accessible for example the gift store and cafe. The doors do not have push buttons to open.
Phone charger didn’t work correctly, the door didn’t close properly. I asked for a different room. They sent maintenance and basically said I was not using my charger correctly.They put foam around the door. The soap tray is falling off the wall in the shower which was not clean. The ice maker is broken…. Off to another floor. I do not recommend and will not be back!
